Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
