Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including stock selection, merchandise organization, loading and unloading shipments, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve goals.
