Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
