Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in the overall shopping experience of our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
