Job Description
Join ALDI as a full-time Store Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service. As part of the team, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, ensure the store's cleanliness, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Take part in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures and policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently or in a team, and multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience is preferred
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; previous retail work experience is advantageous
