Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
