Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the customer shopping experience and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Report inventory issues, errors, and provide feedback to management.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Skills in using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
