Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting the overall operations of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and address any issues or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
