Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting the overall operations of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and address any issues or inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
