Aldi is hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level. Our warehouse operations ensure proper receiving, selection, and delivery of products to our stores for customer satisfaction. This part-time role offers fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
