Job Description
JBI Helicopter Services in Abbeville, LA, is looking for an experienced Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic to join our team. This full-time position involves working as ground support staff across various company operations. The ideal candidate should be motivated, safety conscious, and adaptable to meet customer needs effectively.
Requirements
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic License - Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 3 years of helicopter maintenance experience
- Flight line experience, including track and balance
- Ability to work on aircraft cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Experience working on Bell Helicopter products preferred
- Capability to lift 70lbs and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to relocate within 1-hour commute of Abbeville, LA
Preferred
- IA, Sheet Metal, and Avionics Experience
- Bell Helicopter factory training and CDL
