Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join Anderson Insurance Associates, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial lines accounts with a focus on customer service and account maintenance. Your duties will include processing renewals, quoting new business, handling change requests, and providing exceptional support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Secure and submit renewal underwriting information.
• Renew coverage and handle existing accounts.
• Quote and propose new business opportunities.
• Process Certificates of Insurance and claims information.
• Advise clients on coverage options and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed account activity documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with commercial Property & Casualty background.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.

Education/Licensing

• High School diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Additional insurance designations (CIC, CISR, etc.) are a plus.
