Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of accounts payable activities and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Lead and supervise team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance on accounting matters.
  • Initiate payment transactions, review accounts payable processes, and offer support to the team as needed.
  • Prepare tax forms, review employee expense reports, and administer the corporate travel card program.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proven experience in leading accounts payable staff and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with financial software systems is a plus.
