Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

Master Meter, a leading manufacturer of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) products for the water utility industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Mansfield, TX. This full-time position involves managing customer invoicing and ensuring timely payments for goods and services provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily invoices and submit them to customers.
• Billing for annual service contracts and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Correspond with delinquent accounts for payment collection.
• Create and update customer accounts and reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with finance team on account status reviews.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable with MS Business Central knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
