We are seeking a dedicated Actuarial Analyst Senior to join our team at USAA. As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in performing actuarial analyses to develop new products, project future results, and ensure financial strength. Responsibilities

  • Apply proficient knowledge of the business, its products, and processes.
  • Utilize actuarial modeling software for pricing, valuation, and risk management.
  • Identify critical areas to monitor and suggest remedies to correct trends.
  • Test pricing assumptions and appropriate financial values for new products.
  • Communicate insights and solutions effectively to actuarial and non-actuarial stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and at least one programming language or modeling software.
  • Experience with various actuarial pricing methodologies and industry software.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills.
  • US military experience is a plus.
