Job Description
Align Communications is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Sales Team based out of our North Dallas Office. This full-time position offers full benefits, a competitive salary, paid training, and performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of administrative assistant experience or be a motivated recent college graduate interested in starting a career in sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an outstanding client experience and conduct post-sales support for Data Center Solutions clients.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and attend client conferences and meetings when appropriate.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Become an expert in our ConnectWise Professional Services Automation system.
- Maintain accessible systems for sales status updates, client documentation, and forecasts.
- Perform data entry and maintenance duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements and assist in coordinating RFP responses.
Key Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience or recent college graduate.
- Strong MS Office proficiency required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience learning and mastering various systems quickly.
Preferred Experience
- Data Center Industry or sales support experience a plus.
- ConnectWise or proposal generation experience desired.
- Marketing experience beneficial.
