Job Description

Align Communications is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant for the Sales Team based out of our North Dallas Office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of administrative assistant experience or be a motivated recent college graduate interested in starting a career in sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an outstanding client experience and conduct post-sales support for Data Center Solutions clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate and attend client conferences and meetings when appropriate.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Become an expert in our ConnectWise Professional Services Automation system.
  • Maintain accessible systems for sales status updates, client documentation, and forecasts.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance duties in regard to metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
  • Offer suggestions for process improvements and assist in coordinating RFP responses.

Key Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience or recent college graduate.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience learning and mastering various systems quickly.

Preferred Experience

  • Data Center Industry or sales support experience a plus.
  • ConnectWise or proposal generation experience desired.
  • Marketing experience beneficial.
