Job Description
Providence Community Health Centers is looking for an experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Olneyville/Providence. As part of the primary care clinic, you will collaborate with providers from various specialties and lead a dedicated healthcare team to deliver quality care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, and nurse case managers.
- Lead and work alongside a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant.
- Provide primary care services to underserved patients with a multicultural background.
Qualifications
- Adult Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3+ years of primary care experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger provider group.
- Experience with Epic EHR is preferred.
- Must be licensed or eligible in Rhode Island.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
