We are looking for a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at CSC Serviceworks. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer and client locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working independently, and be committed to ensuring the smooth operation of our machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to optimize performance and extend appliance lifespan.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address concerns, and provide accurate information on repairs and maintenance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and update the internal database with relevant information.
• Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory, order necessary supplies, and ensure resources for efficient repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical systems and appliances.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Basic computer skills
