Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines at customer locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances following manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal appliance performance.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and update the internal database.
- Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols while working with appliances.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Basic computer skills
