Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Increasing restaurant sales by maintaining uncompromising quality in food, beverage, and service.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations to uphold service and quality standards.
  • Conducting interviews and participating in the hiring process.
  • Providing orientation and training for new hires following Mekiko Cantina standards.
  • Collaborating on the weekly work schedule to meet business demands.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Effectively managing both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.

Requirements
