Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for:
- Increasing restaurant sales by maintaining uncompromising quality in food, beverage, and service.
- Supervising day-to-day operations to uphold service and quality standards.
- Conducting interviews and participating in the hiring process.
- Providing orientation and training for new hires following Mekiko Cantina standards.
- Collaborating on the weekly work schedule to meet business demands.
- Ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
- Effectively managing both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.
Requirements
