Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role based in Randallstown, MD, you will be part of the Stroke Medical Unit at Northwest Hospital. The unit focuses on providing specialized care for geriatric patients and operates as a designated stroke unit.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate resources to ensure quality patient care.
- Assess patient status and implement nursing interventions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for optimal outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent working knowledge; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; 3-5 years of experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, CPR, and BLS Certification required.
