Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. In this role, you will have 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to ensure quality service to all patients, aligning with the hospital's mission, vision, and nursing department philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
- Coordinate resources efficiently to meet patient needs.
- Implement clinical nursing interventions as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
