Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality services are delivered to our patients, in line with the hospital's mission and vision. This full-time position offers day shifts and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and caring team at one of Maryland's leading health care providers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to provide excellent patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Lead and support nursing staff to ensure efficient operation and outstanding patient outcomes.
- Maintain 24-hour accountability for patient care and department operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
