Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Northwest Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure high-quality service to our patients, reflecting our mission and vision. The Emergency Department treats major and minor illnesses, providing care for various conditions and injuries. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing clinical nursing interventions and ensuring efficient patient care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to provide quality service to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and best practices.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and support nursing staff.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
