Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position, based in Baltimore, MD at Sinai Hospital, involves evening/night shifts with a weekend commitment. As an RN Leader, you will play a crucial role in the Pulmonary/ID unit, a specialized medical-surgical unit managing chronic ventilator patients, peritoneal dialysis patients, and respiratory issues.
Responsibilities
- Support the Unit Nurse Manager in ensuring positive patient outcomes.
- Oversee patient throughput, staff engagement, and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain clinical skills while engaging in administrative duties.
- Assume full responsibilities in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with specialized field knowledge.
- MSN, MS, MA, or MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland RN License, CPR certification, and membership in a Professional Organization.
