Job Description

LC Staffing, a well-established company specializing in workforce solutions, is seeking a talented and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cold call potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and goals.
  • Present product/service offerings to key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of new clients.
