Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, preparing beverages to company standards, taking food orders, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience and upholding the reputation of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service by promptly greeting and serving guests.
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
- Accurately process orders, handle payment transactions, and maintain an appealing bar display.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of Bartending experience.
- Demonstrated aptitude for exceptional guest service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Compliance with state alcohol certification requirements.
