Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Assist in managing monthly x-ray supply orders.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards consistently.
• Use radiation-restrictive devices and shielding techniques to ensure safety.
• Process radiographs with precision using film or digital methods.
• Perform general x-rays under physician supervision.
• Prepare patients and adjust equipment for imaging procedures.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience in an independent capacity.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Machine Operator (BMO) License.
• X-ray Technician Certification.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Working Conditions:

This role may involve evening, weekend, or holiday shifts. Requires extended periods of standing or sitting. Travel to different office locations may be necessary.
