Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing treatment plans for clients. As a BCBA, you will work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to provide support and guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement behavior analysis techniques to address challenges and promote skill development.
  • Provide training to staff and collaborate with the treatment team.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field.
  • Current BCBA Certification and state licensing as an LBA.
  • Minimum two years of ABA therapy work experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
