Job Description
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Great Strides Holdco Inc. in St. Augustine, FL. If you are passionate about improving the quality of life for children through patient-centered, collaborative care, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a BCBA at Great Strides Rehabilitation, you will work alongside a team of over 200 highly qualified therapists to deliver comprehensive care. Your responsibilities will include program oversight, supervision of RBTs, and providing instruction to children aged 2-18 in clinical and community settings.
What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in psychology or a related field
- Prior experience in pediatric ABA field preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
