Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Boat Captain (100Ton) to join City Cruises Alexandria, part of the Hornblower family. As a Boat Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining a high level of profitability.
Responsibilities
- Rotate as cruise captain on cruises, ensuring adherence to procedures and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Manage operations team, including recruiting, training, and scheduling crew.
- Resolve guest problems and oversee the implementation of safety programs.
- Complete shift records, incident reports, payroll administration, and other administrative duties.
- Operate vessel in accordance with all Coast Guard rules and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess a 100-ton license with a satisfactory record.
- Minimum of five years of marine experience, including two years as a captain.
- Detailed knowledge of ship's systems and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
