Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in your designated vertical market. The successful candidate will engage in both inside and outside sales activities, utilizing various channels including networking, lead generation, social media, and participation in trade associations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business development activities within the assigned geographic area
  • Nurture and expand existing business relationships to drive lead generation
  • Present and sell BluSky services to new prospects
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals
  • Participate in marketing events and promotional activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license
