Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through various sales activities, including networking, lead generation, and participation in trade associations. This position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 - $85,000 with commission potential and a vehicle allowance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies within the assigned geographic area.
- Expand existing customer relationships to drive lead generation and increase sales.
- Promote BluSky to new prospects and maintain a target list in the CRM system.
- Participate in marketing events and activities to enhance brand presence.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive sales activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience required; restoration industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to attend networking functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
