Responsibilities
- Generate net-new qualified appointments for outside sales representatives.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage and track leads effectively.
- Build trust and credibility with prospects to secure engagement.
- Meet or exceed KPI targets for daily, monthly, and annual metrics.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, with 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Previous Business Development experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated mindset.
- Proficient in Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Comfortable engaging with various levels within an organization.
- Desire to make a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to handle objections effectively.
- Professional, outgoing, and persistent personality.
- In-depth knowledge of the target audience.
- Willingness to collaborate with outside Sales Representatives.
- Ability to persevere in challenging situations.
- Experience in software, printing, equipment, or technology sales is a plus.
