Job Description

We are looking for a Business Office Manager to join Bella Villaggio, a leading company in the senior living industry. As a Business Office Manager, you will play a central role in managing the community business office, maintaining financial records, administering benefit programs, and supervising front desk staff.

Responsibilities

  • Process resident billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Balance financial records and complete monthly tasks for month-end closing.
  • Review payroll information for accuracy and act as a liaison for payroll matters.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, maintenance, and termination tasks.
  • Administer and manage all benefit programs.
  • Supervise petty cash account and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain resident and employee files as per company policies and state regulations.
  • Possible supervision of front desk staff, including hiring and performance management.

Requirements

  • Two years of college or equivalent bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of office computer systems and accounting principles.
  • Preferred experience in benefits administration.
