General Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer Detailer to join our dynamic building solutions team. The role involves creating 3D models, preparing 2D drawings, and managing databases for various projects. Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and produce accurate 2D drawings based on the models.
• Manage and catalog drawings, parts, and assemblies efficiently.
• Conduct research to ensure the accuracy of drawings and product specifications.
• Maintain organized documentation, both electronically and in written form.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of civil/structural engineering plans.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the production team effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple project deadlines independently.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with strong mathematical skills.
• Fluency in standard office software and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in modeling and detailing.
• Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD with a relevant degree or vocational training.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
