Care Manager - Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a group of Care Managers to ensure quality care and services are provided to our residents. Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with Sunrise's policies.
• Support meal service in the dining room and coach team members on hospitality standards.
• Lead by example in work schedule flexibility and teamwork.
• Participate in meetings and maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.

Other Responsibilities:

• Administer medications when needed and facilitate onboarding of new team members.
• Support safety practices and report incidents promptly.
• Handle resident change of conditions and contribute to team performance reviews.
• Exhibit professionalism and positivity in interactions with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Competency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Driver's license where applicable.
