Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will have the privilege of providing high-quality care and support to our residents in the Terrace Club neighborhood, creating successful and meaningful days for them.

Responsibilities

• Promote alliance with residents to enhance their daily lives through cues, prompts, and reminders.
• Provide hands-on care and emotional support based on each resident's Individualized Service Plan.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment that feels like home.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, as required by state regulations.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills with the resident's best interest in mind.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
