Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Partner to join our team in providing quality care and services to residents in our Terrace Club neighborhood. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference every day, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Promote alliance with residents to create successful days through prompting, cueing, and reminders.
- Provide hands-on care and emotional support as outlined in residents' Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
- Cover shifts: 7a-3p and 3-11p with rotating weekends.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Competent in time management and problem-solving.
