• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.

• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities, promoting a warm and caring community.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High school diploma/GED; previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
