Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma or GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize residents' best interests.
