As a Care Manager at Sunrise, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with a specified number of seniors and their families
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School diploma/GED accepted, previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
