Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to seniors based on their individual needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in the creation and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by adhering to safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent, and any required certifications.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
