Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide assistance to seniors and their families.
• Notify management of changes in resident conditions.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and adherence to community regulations.
• Provide dining assistance while maintaining hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors and excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
