• Build relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident well-being.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities, promoting a fulfilling lifestyle.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and Sunrise service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service to seniors.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team.
• High School diploma/GED, with relevant certifications where required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
