Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Contribute to a warm and inviting community environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
