• Collaborate with management on changes in residents' conditions and adjust care levels accordingly.
• Participate in the development and updates of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and uphold service standards.
• Engage residents in life skills activities and enriching experiences.

• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required, and previous senior care experience preferred.
