Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, attending to their individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED, previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
