Caregiver

Job Description

We are currently seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to a group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve assisting residents with daily activities, developing individualized service plans, and ensuring a nurturing and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure residents' well-being and safety throughout the shift.
• Promote a positive and enriching living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
