Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families
• Provide assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Assist residents during dining and life-enriching activities

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
• High School diploma/GED
• Previous experience with seniors is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
