• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being during the shift.
• Participate in life enriching activities and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED, certifications as required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
